About Me: Tim Ward – just a regular guy, always been well into wildlife, especially birdwatching which I started in 1974. I'm semi retired now but still work a couple of days a week for Yorkshire Wildlife Trust which provides plenty of time for me to get out and about in the countryside.
I live in the York area, near Fangfoss (my local patch), spend most of my time around here but make frequent trips to all 4 corners of Yorkshire. Getting on a bit but I can still walk for miles and with binoculars around my neck & camera to hand I'm a happy man.
